Q: What products and services do you offer?
A: We are dedicated to continually increasing the full spectrum of offerings to truly have all solutions in one place. The success, implementation and ease of execution to a fully strategic campaign allow the maximum results and profit for you. We offer direct marketing solutions with direct mail, Brandcasting® , promotional graphics and email marketing. Adding these to our full service agency division we add in the design all campaign creative and production, expertise media buying, TV and radio creative and production and a full suite of digital interactive offerings including our unique and successful online video platform system we call Hypercasting®.

When you put all of these services together, our proprietary products allow you to monitor them and measure all of the results. AdTracks allows you to house all of the services in one easy place to see exactly what is running where and all production is kept in a library by date and campaign. Mudd Media Inside Track takes comprehensive surveying of now buyers to compare with media consumption habits that are market specific allowing you to narrow down your ad spend dollars and keep them targeted.

Q: What is Hypercasting?

Q: I'm trying a new form of advertising – can you help?
A: Absolutely. Our interactive strategy team and marketing minds are constantly evolving our products and services based on the intel of now buyers. We know technology, media consumption and buying habits are constantly transforming - and with our data, analytics, creative and 30 years of automotive knowledge – we move forward too.

Q: I'm creating an entirely new brand identity - can you help?
A: Our creative strategy team will answer with a yes. New identity challenges new ideas, which is a strength of the team. However when deciding on a new brand, we will intensely research if the new face is the answer. While dialing in to your market, reputation, goals and history – we can certainly consult to see if that is the answer or something less intensive to give the fresh results desired.

Q: I don't want a new agency, I just need help with one advertising project - can you do that?
A: Our direct marketing force is set up to do just that. Our implementation process and sales training for your dealership to execute is so seamless that hundreds of businesses every month request just that. Q: What industries do you work in?
A: Our history is in automotive advertising – since 1981 we have been helping auto dealers across the USA sell more cars. But now, with our new Hypercasting platform we have attracted clients from diverse markets such as: academics, sports and entertainment. Q: Can we come and visit you?
A: Anyone is welcome at One Mudd Centre to meet us - contact us to arrange a presentation and a tour of our first class production studio. We also have offices in Chicago and Nashville.

Q: Do you appear at trade shows and events?
A: We certainly do. Representatives from Mudd Advertising® have been speaking at various national events since 1985. Currently our President, Creative Director, Head of Academics and Marketing Director are available to speak on advertising and marketing solutions. Q: Can you tell me more about your video and audio production capabilities?
A: Sure. We call our in-house production company 'Muddville'. Our 3000 foot square facility is inspired by Disney's MGM studio and was built in consultation with Disney's engineers. It sports an infinity wall, lush lighting, seating for live audience productions and a large area for green screen shoots. To find out more get in touch with us today.

Q: What direct mail promotional pieces are you currently running?
A: You can see the current promotional piece at muddspecials.com. You may also contact our sales team as we have dozens of promotions monthly, and there may be a solution for you that is not featured on the site.

Q: I want to talk to a specific Mudd employee but have lost their contact details, what should I do?
