Q: What is Hypercasting?
A: Hypercasting is Mudd Advertising's "killer-app" for marketing on the Internet. It is a video-powered media-driven online promotion platform that has been delivering stunning success stories throughout a tough economy.
Q: I'm trying a new form of advertising – can you help?
A: Absolutely. If you want to do something not explicitly listed on this site, let us know what you're thinking. If we don't know how to do it now, we will figure it out. Chances are, we are already thinking about it or planning it ourselves.
Q: I'm creating an entirely new brand identity - can you help?
A: If you are a small or medium sized business, then yes, we can help you. But if you are Nike or Apple, probably not, because to accommodate all your needs we'd have to hire a team of people to look after you and we simply can't take on people that fast without exposing ourselves to a lot of risk.
Q: I don't want a new agency, I just need help with one advertising project - can you do that?
A: Definitely. In this day and age this is a very common practice and is something we do across all our products and services.
Q: I want to work with you, but my boss doesn't want to switch agencies, what can I do?
A: Why not outsource one or two individual projects to us? We probably offer a solution that your current agency doesn't provide. Once you work with us and have some solid results to take back to your boss, he/she will be impressed and your case to switch agencies will be much stronger.
Q: I'm looking to win new clients and break into a new market, can you help me with my overall strategy?
A: It depends, yes, we can help you form your marketing strategy, seize up your opportunities and come up with campaigns to win the most new clients possible on your advertising budget. But if you need more complex help, such as in-depth market research, then you should consider a dedicated consultant that specializes in your industry.

Q: What do you consider 'good' advertising?
A: It's simple. To us, 'good' advertising is any piece or campaign that delivers a solid, measurable increase in sales. That's it, period. We do have an incredibly talented team that will deliver outstanding solutions that will wow you creatively, but everything we do is based on our underlying commitment to deliver effective and powerful marketing messages.
Q: If I select Mudd® as my new agency, who will I talk to on a day-to-day basis?
A: Every single agency client gets their own dedicated Client Services contact – that is your contact that you can call or visit anytime. The Client Services person coordinates your contact with the sales, art, production, creative and technical teams here at Mudd. Having just one person to go through makes your life easier. However, on more complex projects you can have direct contact with our creative team and even upper management as required. At some other advertising agencies, upper management teams disappear once you sign on as a client – that does not happen here at Mudd!
Q: How closely will I work with the creative team?
A: The real answer to this is as close as you want. It is in both of our interests to make sure you get what you want as quickly as possible – that's why for most jobs it makes sense to have a streamlined process through your dedicated Client Services contact, but for other more complex or more technologically innovative jobs you will get to work directly with our creative team.
Q: What industries do you work in?
A: Our history is in automotive advertising – since 1981 we have been helping auto dealers across the USA sell more cars. But now, with our new Hypercasting platform we have attracted clients from diverse markets such as: academics, sports, video games and politics. A: We don't take on any clients or jobs that we can't commit to 100%. Rest assured that if you choose us as your agency, we will give you the time and attention you need to succeed.

Q: Can you come and see us?
A: Yes, within reason. We're not going to fly a team across the country to talk about doing a single direct mail piece. But if you are thinking about a long-term agency partnership, then absolutely get in touch to make arrangements.

A: Our work to date has been predominately in automotive and academic marketing, but we have run successful campaigns across several industries. A: Definitely, we have already made the investment in equipment, technology and expertise so that you don't have to and you can now truly benefit from Hollywood level production quality on a surprisingly affordable budget.
Q: Can you tell me more about your video and audio production capabilities?
A: Sure. We call our in-house production company 'Muddville'. Our 3000 foot square facility is inspired by Disney's MGM studio and was built in consultation with Disney's engineers.
