Mudd Advertising's omni-channel strategy, powered by first-party data, helped a Midwest Kia dealer sell 61 more new vehicles from January through August 2026 than in the same period last year.

Increase in New Car Sales
Mudd Advertising's goal was to increase new Kia sales in a hyper-competitive market, where shoppers compare dealers across search, social, video, and now AI-powered answer engines before they ever visit a showroom. Reaching those buyers took more than a single campaign. It required a coordinated presence everywhere shoppers research, guided by the dealership's own customer data.
Mudd Advertising built an omni-channel program for the store across PPC, Performance Max, YouTube, social, SEO, and GEO (generative engine optimization). Each channel was aligned around the same goal: moving more new Kias. First-party data from the dealership was the foundation. It shaped who we targeted, what messages they saw, and where budget went, so spend focused on real in-market shoppers instead of broad, wasted reach. GEO work kept the dealership visible in AI search tools, where more and more car buyers begin their research.
The results were clear. From January through August 2026, this Kia dealership sold 308 new vehicles, up from 247 in the same period of 2025. That's 61 more new cars sold and a 25% year-over-year increase in new car sales. The takeaway: when every channel works from the same first-party data and the same strategy, results compound.
"Car buyers are changing how they shop. They're asking AI tools for recommendations before they ever visit a dealer's website. We made sure our clients show up in these answers, and we connect that visibility to targeting built on the store's own customer data. The dealers winning right now are the ones who can be found everywhere shoppers look"
